As Sales Manager Aviation (CMRO) you are responsible for optimizing and developing the short and long term relationships with new and existing accounts. On unit level you define, manage and coordinate the commercial processes.

The major responsibilities and tasks of the Sales Manager Aviation (CMRO) are, but not limited to:

• Responsible for forecasting
• Identify opportunities within the region
• Leading negotiations with the customers
• Sales management of proposals of products and services (ie components and repairs)
• Day to day management and coaching of the commercial CMRO organization
• Develop and maintain Account Plans
• Maintaining relevant Market Information and trends

Of course you will visit your clients and prospects in the region frequently, so you will probably be travelling 40/50% minimum.

Functiecriteria Sales Manager Aviation (CMRO)

• HBO/WO
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the area of Component MRO sales
• Knowledge about aerospace industry, financial management and airline management
• Knowledge about aircraft and aircraft systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Prepared to travel to our world-wide customer base on a frequent basis

Salary level is depending on level of experiencs between 4000 and 5500 euro gross a month on a fulltime basis, excluding bonus.
