The Process Manager is responsible to drive product & process changes, and design process improvements within the manufacturing site. As a leader, you are the central point of contact to manage the technology & processes transfer, interacting with internal (manufacturing network) & external stakeholders (i.e., central teams, P&I, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing manager, engineering, R&D, artwork, quality, master data). You are responsible to ensure the projects are landed on time and efficiently. The projects are related to innovations, renovations, value creations, supply chain resilience, technology transfer, process improvements (capacity, waste reduction, OEE improvements, etc.).
Reporting to the Technology and Innovation Manager in Europe, you are in charge to lead the T&I team. You will lead the process validations E2E manufacturing level, keeping factory excellence and productivity by design.
Responsibilities
Salary indication is about 85K a year excl. Bonus. Extra benefits are good and we would like to discuss these with you during an interview.
